Customers can decide whether to have a card for each driver or for each vehicle or both:
- VEHICLE CARD
With the registration number embossed on it. These can be used for the nominated vehicle. - PERSONAL CARD
A driver specific card with the cardholder details embossed on it. These can be used in any vehicle and carries the details of the cardholder. - PERSONAL / VEHICLE CARD
with the registration number and driver’s name embossed on it. These can be used by a driver assigned to a nominated vehicle. - OPEN CARDS
where the card is not assigned to a driver or vehicle.
- ICH’s service helps customers access a secure and efficient way to buy a wide range of quality, Caltex and Shell fuel cards whilst obtaining a valuable discount and management service throughout Australia. You also gain the ability to control your spend and choose which products and services your cardholder can access.
- PINs have been made mandatory on all fuel cards issued – another feature designed to secure your cards.
- Ordering of fuel cards – upon the customer’s request, cards, and other details will be submitted for entry in the system. ICH will then coordinate the issuance and ongoing administration of the Caltex or Shell fuel cards for the customer.
- ICH will also offer administration with regards to stolen cards, lost PINs, replacement of cards, setting purchasing limits, administering suspended or cancelled cards and phone assistance from 9am – 5pm weekdays including other support assistance.
- We believe that maintaining strong customer relations is critical to ensuring the success of a long lasting partnership between ICH and our customers. As such, you will have access to an account administrator who will manage and administrate your account on a day to day basis.
Each month the Customer can have access to detailed transaction reports which record all purchases made on each card during the specified period. Every transaction shows:
- Location, time and date of purchase
- Product and quantity purchased
- Price paid
- Pre-GST and GST components
